Nutritious Carrot Milkshake
Carrot milkshake is a
simple , easy to prepare and delicious sweet milk which you can have anytime of
the day We know carrot is rich in nutrients. Drinking a glass of carrot
milkshake daily will do much more for you than many bottles of supplememt tablets.
Ingredients :

Carrot – 1 small grated
·
Hot milk – ½ glass
·
Sugar or honey for taste
Method :
·
Wash the carrot, scrap
the skin and grated it.
·
Take a mixer jar ,add the
grated carrot ,hot milk and run the mixer till it is smoothly blended.
·
Transfer it to the glass
and add sugar /honey for taste.
·
Serve it with hot or
store it in the fridge and serve.
·
You can also grind cashew
nuts along with the carrots to give it a rich taste.
