make cabbage carrot raita.

Ingredients:
· Cabbage – a
small grated (rinsed and chopped)
· Carrot - ½ piece
grated
· Onion – ½ piece (
finely chopped)
· Fresh yogurt -
1cup (curd )
· Ginger - 1
inch chopped
· Green chilli
- 1 small halved and remove seeds
· Salt as needed
· Sugar – ½ spoon
· Fresh coriander leaves
chopped
For the seasoning:
- Oil - 1 tbsp

Mustard – ½ spoon
- Urad dal – ½ spoon
Method :
· Wash the cabbage
leaves and chop them finely.
· Saute in a non-stick
pan without adding oil.
· You just need to dry
the cabbage little bit.
· Mix all the above
ingredients with the yogurt.
