Healthy Oats Adai



       

Oats Adai

Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup
Atta flour – 1cup
Rava – 2 tb spn
Rice flour – 2 tb spn
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot grated – 2-3 spoon
Chilli – 2 (green or red)
Pepper  - ½ spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ spoon
Salt as needed

Method :

In a bowl, mix together the oats , Atta flour, Rava and Rice flour with salt needed.

Add enough water  to get adai batter consistency.keep it aside for half an hour.

After half an hour, heat oil in a pan.once oil is heated add pepper  cumin seeds and allowed to crackle.

Add onion ,grated carrot  chilli and sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then transfer the contents to the bowl.

Heat a cast iron pan or non stick pan.pour a ladle of batter in the center of a pan and swirl around the back of ladle to form concentric circle like a uttapam.

Drizzle few drops of oil around the edges and few drops over the adai.

When the bottom of adai slightly browns,flip over and cook .
   
                           



    Now the delicious and healthy oats adai is ready.serve hot with chutney of your choice…:)
