Stuffed Vegetable Bread Balls



          Stuffed  Vegetable Bread Balls:
          It is a tasty ,healthy,filling  and delicious snack for evening time.
                                    



                                

Ingredients :
·        Bread slices – 6 nos
·        Onion – ½ finely chopped
·        Carrot -1/4 finely chopped
·        Beans – 1 finely chopped
·        Potato – 1 medium size (boil,peel and mash)
·        Ginger garlic paste – 1 spn
·        Salt as needed
·        Garam masala – 1spn
·        Chili powder – ½ spn or ( green chilli – 1 chopped)
·        Turmeric powder – ¼ spn
·        Peas – 5 (boil optional)
·        Oil for deep fry

Preparation  for stuffing:
·        Heat oil in a pan,add onion and sauté it until turns pink.
·        Then add  the ginger garlic paste and chopped vegetables carrot ,beans and sauté until it becomes soft.
·        Next add spicy powders(garam masala,chilli powder),salt and sauté until raw smell goes off.if needed sprinkle water to avoid getting burnt.
·        Atlast add mashed potato mix well and turn off the heat.
·        When the mixture cools,make required balls and keep it aside.

For bread balls:
·        Cut the brown edges of the bread with knife.
·        Take water in a flat plate and put a slice of bread in water.
·        Make sure that both the sides get wet.
·        Then place bread in between palms and press to drain excess water.
·        If needed ,use paper towel to remove any excess moisture.

Method :
·        Place of the stuffing in the centre of this wet bread and cover all the edges proprerly.
·        Heat oil in a pan for deep fry.
·        Carefully drop the bread balls and fry till turns golden brown evenly.
 Delicious bread balls are ready..serve with hot J
