Egg Fritters



    Egg Fritters:

Ingredients :
·        Egg – 1 (boiled)
·        Gram  flour– ¾   cup
·        Rice flour – ¼ - ½ cup
·        Corn flour – 2 spn
·        Red chilli powder – ¾ to 1 spn
·        Salt as needed
·        Water
·        Oil for deep fry

Preparation :
·        Boil the egg with little salt. Allow it to cool and remove the shell .
·        Then cut the eggs into small sized pieces.

Method :
·        In a bowl ,mix well the gram   flour , corn flour , rice flour, salt and  red chilli powder. Then add egg pieces.
·        The batter should be thick not watery.
·        Fully coat well the flour on the egg pieces.
·        Heat oil for deep frying.
·        Fry until golden brown, stirring in between.
·        Remove it from the oil and drain the excess oil by using colander or paper towel.. done !
                                  
                  

Yummy Egg Fritters  are ready.. serve hot with a cup of coffee or tea J
