Oats Pulav



    Oats pulav:
         

Ingredients :
·        Oats – 1 cup
·        Onion – 1 medium  finely chopped
·        Tomato – 1 small chopped
·        Carrot ,potato  – 1  cup (cut into small pieces)
·        Cabbage – ½ cup finely chopped
·        Capsicum – ½ cup chopped (optional)
·        Beans – 4 (optional)
·        Green chilli – 3 chopped
·        Garam masala – 1 to 1 ½ spn
·        Salt as needed
·        Coriander leaves  n curry leaves for garnishing
·        Ghee – 2 spn
·        Cinnamon – 2 bits
·        Cloves – 2
·        Cardamom – 1

Preparation :
·        Dry roast the oats in a pan until aroma comes and keepit aside.


Method :
·        Heat  ghee in a pan, then  add the cinnamon , cardamom and cloves. Then  chopped onion,green chilli and sauté well .
·        Then add tomato and sauté till turn mushy.
·        Next add all the veggies one by one and cook it with enough sal.t
·        Then add garam masala.
·        Cover and cook till the veggies becomes soften.
·        Then add the roasted oats to the pan.
·        Stir continuously without getting burnt at the bottom. Cook it for 5 to 8 mins.
·        Don’t add water just sprinkle 3 spn of water.
·         Garnish with coriander leaves Done !
                                          


Delicious Oats pulav  is ready.. serve hot with any sauce of your choice .. J
