Green Chilli Egg Kurma For Chapathy



  Green Chilli  Egg kurma For Chapathy  :
         
Ingredients :
·        Egg – 3
·        Red chilli powder – ½ spn
·        Tamarind paste – ½ spn
·        Salt as needed
·        Coriander leaves for garnish

To  make a paste:
·        Green chilli – 4
·        Onion – 2 medium chopped
·        Ginger – 1 inch
·        Garlic – 2 sliced
·        Ginger – ½ inch
·        Grated coconut – ¼ cup

For seasoning:
·        Oil – 1 spn
·        Mustard seeds – ½ spn


Preparation :
·        Break and beaten the eggs in a bowl.Add little salt and mix well.
·        Grind green chilli with other ingredients in a blender with little water and make a fine paste.


Method :
·        Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle..
·        Then add the green chilli paste and sauté well till raw smell goes off.
·        Next add chilli powder, salt, turmeric paste with enough water.
·        Cover and cook it for 15 mins.
·        Then pour the eggs into the kurma. When it  starts to solidifies break the eggs into tiny  pieces (like egg scramble) with ladle (inside the kurma).
·        Cover and cook till the kurma thickens.
·         Garnish with coriander leaves. Done!
                              


Chilli egg kurma  is ready .serve hot with chapathy J
