Coconut - garlic Chutney For Idly ,Dosa,pongal , Adai and oothapam:
Ingredients :

Grated coconut – 1
½ cup ( fresh)
·
Garlic cloves - 4
·
Green chilli – 5 to 7
·
Salt as needed
To temper :
·
Oil – 1 spn
·
Mustard seeds – 1 spn
·
Urad dal – ½ spn
·
Curry leaves few
Method :
·
In a mixie, grind coconut, garlic , chilli , salt with little
water .
·
Then add enough water and grind it to a coarse paste .
Transfer it to serving dish.(add water if u need)
·
Heat oil in a pan ,and add mustard seeds allow it to crackle.
Then add urad dal and sauté till it turns golden brown and curry leaves till it
turn crispy.
Coconut Garlic chutney is ready.. serve with idly or dosa or
oothapam or adai or pongal.J
