Tapioca Bajji / Maravalli Kilangu Bajji




   Tapioca Bajji / Maravalli Kilangu Bajji:

                                             
Ingredients :
·        Gram flour – ¾ cup
·        Rice flour – ¼ cup
·        TAPIOCA / MARAVALLI KILANGU – ¼ piece
·        Red chilli powder – 1 spn
·        Salt as needed
·        Water as needed
·        Oil for deep fry

Preparation :
·        Peel the skin , wash and cut the tapioca into thin slices or by using slicer slice them.

Method :
·        In a bowl, mix well gram flour, rice flour, salt red chilli powder  and make a thick paste without any lumps by adding water.
·        The batter should b thick like a dosa batter not too runny.
·        Dip each slices of tapioca into the batter till batter coats well on both sides.
·        Heat oil in a pan, drop the slices gently and fry both sides until golden brown.
·        Place it on a paper towl to drain the excess oil.
·        Repeat the same process for the rest of the tapioca slices . done !
                                                

Tapioca Bajji is ready .. serve hot with a cup of coffee or tea J
