Banana milk shake
is a quick,nutritious ,filling and delicious milk shake which you can prepare
in few mins J
Ingredients :

Banana – 1
·
Jam – 1 tb spn
·
Yogurt – ½ cup
·
Milk -1/2 cup
·
Sugar as needed
·
Ice cubes – 2 or 3
Method :
·
Pour banana, jam,
yogurt,milk and sugar in a blender .
·
Blend until milk
shake thickens.
·
Pour ice cubes at
last…Done!
Cold and yummy milk shake is ready J
