Oats Porridge – an Energy Booster:
A perfect way to start your day! Oatmeal is one
of the vegetarian food that boosts metabolism and also helpful for weight loss.
Here i have added some nutritious nuts and dates to make oats porridge more
healthier and more taster.. J
Ingredients :

Oats – ½ cup
·
Milk – ½ cup
·
Water – ½ cup
·
Cashew – 5 sliced
·
Almonds – 3 sliced
·
Raisins – 5 sliced
·
Dates – 2 finely chopped
·
Honey for taste
·
Salt a pinch
Method :
·
Take a saucepan, mix the
oats with water and milk, cook till it thickens.
·
It should be thick but
pourable consistency.
·
Sprinkle a pinch of water
and add the sliced cashew ,raisins
,almonds and chopped dates.
·
Mix well. Keep stirring to
prevent it from forming lumps and getting burnt.
·
Simmer it for 2-3
mins…Done !
