Tomato Sweet Pachadi:
Ingredients :
·Tomato
– 2
·Sugar
– 2 spn
·Ghee
– 1 spn
·Cashew
– 7
·Raisins
– 7
·Dates
– 3 chopped (optional)
·Cardomam - a pinch
Method :
·Cook
the tomatoes in a 4 cups of hot boiling water for 5 mins.
·When
it cools down , gently take the tomatoes out ,peel the skin and make a fine
paste along with sugar by using mixie.
·Put this
paste in a pan and boil well.stir continuously.
·When it becomes
little thick,
fry cashew nuts and raisins seperately in a ghee and add it to the pachadi along with
cardamom powder.
Yummy tomato pachadi is ready. J
serve chilled.
