Carrot Minced Chapathy


     Carrot  Minced Chapathy:


          This is a great receipe for leftover chapathis. I used only carrots in this,but you can use any vegetables like cabbage and capsicum.

Ingredients :
·        Chapathy – 2 nos cut into pieces
·        Onion – 2 finely chopped
·        Tomato – 1 finely chopped
·        Carrot – 1 finely chopped
·        Turmeric powder- ¼ spn
·        Chilli powder – ½ spn
·        Garam masala – ½ spn
·        Salt as needed.
·        Curry leaves few

Method :
·        Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry  till it  turns pink.
·        Add tomatoes cook till it turn mushy.
·        Next add carrots and cook till become soft.
·        Then add salt,turmeric powder and spicy powders.Mix well.
·        Sprinkle little water  to avoid getting burnt.
·        Stir it continuously till raw smell goes off.
·        Atlast add cut up chapathy and mix well.Done!
                             

Serve hot with onions and lemon juice.
