Moong Dal Thuvaiyal



     Moong Dal Thuvaiyal/Pasi Paruppu Thuvaiyal:


Ingredients :
·        Moong dal – ¼ cup
·        Garlic – 1
·        Red chilli – 2 small chopped
·        Salt as needed
·        Grated coconut – 3 spn

Preparation:
·        Heat the pan . Dry roast the dal for few mins till aroma comes.allow it to cool.

Method :
·        In a mixie, add all the ingredients like dal,garlic ,chilli,salt along with little water and grind it  to  a coarse paste. Done !
·        Transfer it to the serving bowl.
           

                  
Serve as a sidedish with any rice.
