Egg pumpkin Kurma For Chapathy



  Egg Pumpkin  kurma For Chapathy :
         
Ingredients :
·        Boiled eggs - 3
·        Onion – 2 big finely  chopped
·        Red chilli powder – 1 spn
·        Coconut milk – ½ cup
·        Yogurt (curd )- ¼ cup
·        Salt as needed
·        Coriander leaves for garnish

To  make a paste:
·        Green chilli – 5
·        Grated PUMPKIN – ¼ cup
·        Tomato – 1
·        Grated coconut – 2 spn
·        Garlic  - 2 sliced
·        Garam masala – 1 spn
·        Khus khus powder – 1 spn

For seasoning:
·        Oil – 2  spn

Preparation :
·        Boil the eggs with little salt and cut them into halves.
·        Grind grated pumpkin along with other ingredients in a blender with little water and make a fine paste.


Method :
·        Heat oil in a pan, add the onions,and sauté till turn golden brown.
·        Then add the pumpkin  paste,red chilli powder, salt with enough water. Cover and cook it for 15 mins.
·        Then add curd, coconut milk and boiled egg pieces. Cover and cook till kurma thickens( 5 to 10 mins). Garnish with coriander leaves. Done!
                                 


Egg Pumpkin kurma  is ready .serve hot with chapathy. J
