Carrot Salad


     
        Carrot Salad:

Ingredients :
·        Carrot  - 2 medium
·        Green chilli – 1 chopped
·        Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
·        Pepper powder – ½ spn
·        Salt as needed
·        Lemon juice – 1 ½ spn

Preparation :
·        Wash, peel and grate the carrots.

Method :
·        In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients together and toss well.
·        Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
