Tapioca / Maravalli Kilangu Sweet Balls


 Tapioca / Maravalli Kilangu  Sweet Balls :
                                                    

Ingredients :
·        Maravalli kilangu /Tapioca- ½ piece (peel, boiled and mash)
·        Nattu sakkarai(natural unrefined cane sugar) – 5  tp 6 spn
·        Grated coconut – 5 spn
·        Cardamom powder – ½ pinch
Preparation :
·        Boil the tapioca in a pan , by adding enough salt. Allow it to cool and mash it well.
Method :
·        In a bowl, add mashed tapioca, nattu sakkarai, grated coconut and cardamom powder.
·        Mix well everything with your hand and make it like a dough.
·        Divide the dough into equal balls.
                              

Sweets balls are ready.. serve and enjoy ..  J
