Finger Millet (Ragi) Sweet Balls



       Finger Millet (Ragi) Sweet balls:


            Ragi sweet balls was very delicious. We all loved it. It’s a very healthy after school snack for kids, without oil and white sugar. Enjoy!

Ingredients :
·        Ragi flour – 1 cup
·        Powdered Jaggery – ½ cup
·        Grated coconut – ½ cup
·        Cardamom powder –  a pinch
·        Sugar – 1 spn(optional)
·        Water – 3 spn
·        Salt  a pinch for taste

Preparation :
·        Dry roast the ragi flour in a pan until aroma comes i.e for 2-3 mins.
·        Powdered the jaggery well.

Method :
·        Mix  well all the above ingredients in a bowl mix well,  then sprinkle little water and make a dough.
·        Then divide it equally  into a small ping pong balls.
·        Atlast steam it in a steamer or idly cooker for 5 mins. Done!
