Dry Fruits Laddu



   Dry Fruits Laddu:
          Very healthy and tasty laddus for kids.. J

Ingredients :
·        Almonds – 7
·        Pistachios – 7
·        Cashew nuts – 7
·        Dates – 4
·        Raisins – 20 - 25
·        Jaggery – 200 gm
·        Pottu kadalai + roasted peanuts – 1 cup
·        Cardamom powder – ½ spn

Preparation :
·        Pulse almonds ,cashews and pista into coarsely.(do not powder)
·        Chop the dates into small chunks.
·        Grate jaggery and add little water and melt it in a low flame. Filter the jaggery and discard the impurities.
·        Boil this jaggery syrup till you get a soft ball consistency.( to check, drop little syrup in a small bowl of water. It will roll and get a soft ball)

Method :
·        In a bowl ,mix all the above ingredients and also add the jaggery syrup.(add the required quantity you need)
·        Mix well everything.

·        Grease your palms and make small laddus .Done!
                               

Dry Fruits Laddu is ready. Store them in an airtight container.. J
