Egg Masala



      Egg Masala:
          It is a simple and quick receipe. It is a good combination with rasam rice.
Ingredients:
·        Boiled eggs – 2
·        Turmeric powder – ¼ spn
·        Oil – 2 spn

To grind :( for masala)
·        Small or big Onion – 1 cup chopped
·        Cumin  seeds – ½ spn
·        Red chilli – 4
·        Salt as needed

Preparation:
·         Boiled the eggs by adding ½ spoon of salt and turmeric powder. Let it cool down.  Remove  the outer cover and  cut into two parts of each egg with knife. keep it aside.
·        Grind all the masala ingredients to a smooth paste.
Method :
·        Heat oil in a pan ,and fry the masala paste well until raw smell goes off.
·        Then add the cut up eggs and mix well with the paste till the masala coats on the top of the egg.
·        Cook for 2-3 mins ..Done !
                                           
                               

Serve hot with rice.. J
