Tomato Idly


           
           

      Tomato Idly:

 Ingredients :

·        Idly – 3 cut into pieces
·        Tomato – 1 finely chopped
·        Onion – 1 finely chopped
·        Ginger –  1 inch chopped
·        Garlic cloves – 3 finely chopped
·        Ginger garlic paste – ½ spn
·        Jaggery water (melted)- 1 spn
i    Idly podi - 1 spn (optional)
·        Coriander leaves
·        Oil
·        Salt as needed

Method :
·        Heat oil in a pan ,add onion ,garlic and ginder and sauté for few mins.
·        Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato and fry till it turn mushy.
·        Add salt as needed.stir continuously.
·        Then add melted jaggery.Stir wel and cook everything like a masala paste.
·        At last add  cut up idly pieces..Mix well everything.
·        Garnish with coriander leaves.
                     

Serve hot..
