MOM Juice- Refreshing Summer Juice
MOM stands for Mango, Orange and
Mosambi (sathukudi)
Ingredients :

Mango (ripe) – 1
·
Orange – ½
·
Mosambi (sathukudi)–
½
·
Sugar or honey for taste
·
Ice cubes as needed
Preparation :
·
Wash the mango,peel the skin discard the seed and cut into
cubes.
·
Squeeze orange and mosambi,discard the seeds and skin.
Method :
·
Pour mango cubes, orange and mosambi juice along with sugar
and ice cubes in a blender .
·
Blend it to a smooth paste.
·
Strain and discard the leftover pulp.
·
Add water if you want to dilute more. Done!
Serve chilled.
