Egg Potato Poriyal



    Egg Potato Poriyal:


Ingredients :
·        Egg – 2
·        Potato – 2 medium
·        Onion – 2 big
·        Turmeric powder – ¼ spn
·        Chilli powder – 1 ½ spn
·        Garlic flakes – 2 finely chopped
·        Grated coconut – 2 spn
·        Salt as needed and curry leaves
·        Oil- 2 spn

Preparation :
·        Wash ,peel and cut potato and onion into 1 inch square sized pieces.
·        Beaten the eggs in a bowl.

Method :
·        Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes till it is three fourth cooked.
·        Add onions ,garlic and continue to fry both becomes brown.
·        Add salt ,chilli powder,turmeric powder,grated coconut and curry leaves sauté well.
·        Add little water to avoid getting burnt.
·        Pour beaten eggs and fry till eggs are coated on the top .Mix well.Done!
                                         
                             

   
Serve hot with any rice. J
