Oats Ladoo With Jaggery


   
Oats Ladoo With Jaggery:

          Healthy ladoos made with oats , jaggery ,nuts and raisins..

Ingredients :
·        Oats – 1 cup
·        Powdered jaggery – ½ cup
·        Ghee as needed
·        Cashew nuts – 7 quatered
·        Raisins – 3 sliced
·        Almonds – 5 sliced
·        Cardamom powder – a pinch
·        Pista – 4 (optional)

Preparation :
·        Dry roast the oats lightly and grind them in a mixie.
·        Dry roast the cashews and almonds seperately and powder it coarsely.
·        Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the risins until it puff up.

Method :
·        In a bowl , mix together the powdered oats, powdered jaggery , powdered nuts, roasted raisins and cardamom powder.
·        Melt needed ghee in a pan and add to the mixture little at a time. Mix well and roll the ladoo in this mixture.( make sure that the ghee is warm). Done !
